For recommandations, security is a common issue. My lack of any technical skills often bring me to find some simple codes/patchs/mods to implement yourself in forum/blog engines. Usually some manual crappy captcha, needing 2 or 3 files and a dozen line-codes. All that is "brand new" or too "official" or too "proper mods" tend to be hacked first or easy to pass through by bots. All that is "brute-coded", too old or messy as hell tend to puzzled the same spam bots, programmed to target good/new preys, and not obscures and baldy done sites.
